Program Manager

Motivf is looking for a Program Manager to oversee and execute facility planning and programming for assigned projects to ensure effective mission support. The role involves strategic planning, programming, and coordination with multiple stakeholders while maintaining compliance with regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Planning and Programming:

    • Assess and establish facility and infrastructure requirements.

    • Recommend cost-effective solutions and ensure resource allocation aligns with mission objectives.

    • Prepare and submit programming documentation, cost estimates, and reports within specified timelines.

  • Project Justification and Coordination:

    • Work with managers and budget personnel to validate and justify funding needs.

    • Promote projects using sound engineering/architectural principles and realistic assessments.

    • Advise on project feasibility and constraints, including scheduling, cost, and manpower.

  • Stakeholder Coordination:

    • Collaborate with engineers, architects, planners, contracting officers, and external agents.

    • Obtain necessary input to ensure comprehensive project designs and prevent omissions.

  • Inspection and Maintenance:

    • Evaluate inspection and maintenance requirements for facilities.

    • Develop schedules and cost analyses to address replacement or repair needs.

  • Documentation and Compliance:

    • Develop programming documents for higher-level approvals, including Secretary of the Air Force and Congressional notifications.

    • Ensure compliance with engineering codes and standards.


Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:

    • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or 3–7 years of relevant experience.

    • Experience in project or construction management for multidisciplinary facility projects.

  • Skills and Knowledge:

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

    • Strong skills in engineering mathematics, cost estimation, and project scheduling.

    • Knowledge of engineering-related codes and standards.

    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Certifications:

    • Secret security clearance or ability to obtain it.

    • Familiarity with on-site project inspections and design-build methodologies is advantageous.
