Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

Motivf is seeking a talented Full-Time Graphic Designer based in St. Louis to support the Public Engagement and Creative Services initiatives outlined in a local airport’s Public Engagement and Creative Services RFP. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, branding, marketing collateral, and web layout development to enhance the airport’s visual communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Graphic Design

  • Design logos, branding materials, and visual assets for airport marketing initiatives.

  • Develop color schemes, typography, and branding guidelines for various projects.

  • Ensure all designs are consistent with the airport’s branding and identity standards.

Print & Digital Design

  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.

  • Develop webpage layouts and digital graphics for online campaigns.

  • Design exhibition collateral and signage for public art and engagement programs.

  • Prepare RFP-related visuals that align with creative service requirements.

Public Engagement & Outreach Support

  • Collaborate with the public relations team to develop compelling visual storytelling.

  • Support social media content creation with engaging graphics and visuals.

  • Work with stakeholders, artists, and cultural organizations on visual design elements for events.

  • Assist with designing fundraising materials and special event branding efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or branding.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in logo design, marketing collateral, and web layout.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools.

  • Understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.

  • Experience designing for print, digital media, and large-format signage.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

  • Knowledge of public engagement and community outreach initiatives is a plus.
