Motivf is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time UX Researcher to contribute to enhancing an online school platform. In this role, you will conduct qualitative user research to drive improvements, ensuring that the platform effectively supports users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute qualitative UX research methodologies to gather actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify user needs and pain points.

  • Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform platform development.

  • Present data-driven recommendations to improve user experience.

  • Create documentation detailing research outcomes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in English.

  • Preferred 3+ years of relevant experience in UX research or a related field.

  • Strong skills in conducting interviews, usability testing, and qualitative analysis.

  • Familiarity with educational platforms or similar systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Expertise in UX tools and software for research and data analysis.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • A proactive approach to solving design challenges and user-related issues.
