For over 50 years our client has been at the forefront of the Department of Defense’s effort to train military communicators and leaders. As communication strategies, techniques, and tools continue to rapidly evolve in today’s ever changing world, this DoD Higher Education School strives to be the premier education institution dedicated to training agile military communicators and leaders who will compete and win in today’s complex and demanding information environment.

Approach

The DoD Higher Education School client is responsible for training US Military, DoD civilian, international military, and interagency students in a variety of subject areas including public affairs, print journalism, photography, video production, broadcast journalism, broadcast equipment maintenance, and various forms of graphic design and digital media.

Motivf supports our client’s mission of training US Military, DoD civilian, international military, and interagency students in a variety of subject areas including public affairs, print journalism, photography, video production, broadcast journalism, broadcast equipment maintenance, and various forms of graphic design and digital media. Motivf personnel include instructional designers, course instructors, role playing / gaming facilitators, subject-matter experts, and guest speakers.

In addition to conducting all phases of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and lifecycle maintenance of an assigned portfolio of courses, Motivf provides ISD guidance and mentorship to the cadre of contract instructional systems designers to ensure product quality and consistency in workflow processes and production schedules. Motivf’s instructors perform all phases of ISD using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) instructional system design model for the creation of new courses or lifecycle maintenance of an assigned portfolio of courses.
