Part-Time Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to attract top talent.
Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in ATS (applicant tracking system) or spreadsheets.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress and key recruiting metrics.
Assist with employer branding efforts, including LinkedIn content and candidate engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach (required).
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a consulting, technology, or professional services environment.
Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Experience with an ATS (preferred, but not required).
Passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.
