Part-Time Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to attract top talent.

  • Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in ATS (applicant tracking system) or spreadsheets.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess fit.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and key recruiting metrics.

  • Assist with employer branding efforts, including LinkedIn content and candidate engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach (required).

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a consulting, technology, or professional services environment.

  • Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

  • Experience with an ATS (preferred, but not required).

  • Passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.
